But at busy times your business will be able to access twice your contracted bandwidth. So if you have a 2Mb/s service, at peak times you can use 4Mb/s. This feature is called "burst" and works on a 95th percentile rule, which simply mean there is no charge if you only "burst" at peak periods.

Our service is totally independent of underground cables and BT Openreach's network and the associated complications and delays experienced with other service providers. No Disruption
To deliver our service we install a small receiver, that looks similar to a domestic alarm box, on the outside of your building and normally planning permission is not required. We then provide a CAT5 RJ45 Ethernet connection direct to the router in your IT/Comms room. Your new service from On-Communications can be activated before your existing service is terminated. And we never need to dig up the road!
